Serves 2-3 (makes about 4 cups)
Blend the ice, yogurt, milk, banana, berries, malt extract, chia seeds and juice until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender regularly. Add an extra tablespoon or two of water if you need a little extra moisture in the blender to keep the ingredients moving. (This will depend on your blender).
Pour smoothie into two chilled bowls and top with muesli and blueberries. Serve immediately.
This recipe serves two-three as most blenders would not be large enough to make more than two servings. Tangy, thick, gorgeous colour. Muesli on top adds good textural contrast
